Who makes your products?

While I do make many of my products in-house, I have several manufacturers and printers that I work with across the United States. All are reputable companies and work hard to provide the highest quality products for my customers. I searched high and low to find these people and have been blown away by their level of customer service and attention to detail. You will see by the quality of my beautiful products!

Can changes be made to the design?

Absolutely! Most designs are 100% customizable. Depending on what you are wanting, an additional design fee may apply. Please send me an email via the contact page and we can discuss your needs!

Where can I get flag poles for my flags? Do you sell them?

I'm sorry, I don't sell flag poles. You can get garden flag stands and house flag poles at your local hardware store, Walmart, and even Amazon. Please note the dimensions of my flags in each listing and purchase a pole/stand that works for you.

I DO, however sell flag hangers that can be mounted on a wall or door. Please see my Flag Section for details.

The Fine Print

Please note that colors on final products may not look exactly the same in person as they do on the computer screens. I do my best to accurately portray the final product but I have no control over the colors monitors may display. Please understand this when ordering. Sublimation printing generally is a little lighter in person than shown on your proofs. Placing your order means you understand this.


When will my order ship?

Most of my products take 5-10 business days to make and get out the door. My vendors work hard and most of the time get orders out within 4 business days, but during busy seasons like the holidays, it may be closer to 14 business days. Please plan accordingly as I am not in control of these ship times.

Handmade signs and other painted items can take up to 6-8 weeks when made to order. Please check the item description as items with longer turnaround times will have it stated on their product page. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Order volume at any given time may be higher or lower and this will determine how fast your item can be handmade and shipped. Although we do try to get everything done in a timely manner, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control. We promise, your order will be worth the wait! We take a LOT of pride in the quality of our products!


Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Most of the time, if you have placed your order within 24 hours of needing the change, I can do this for you. Please use the contact me  page to reach out. I will do everything in my power to get this done for you. However, I cannot be held responsible for a package being delayed, lost or stolen due to an incorrect address being entered upon checkout. 

I need my order by a specific date. Can you rush my order?

I do offer several levels of rush processing and expedited shipping. Please contact me with the date you need your order by and I will try to accommodate. Additional fees will apply for rush orders.

Order Issues

I didn't get what I ordered. Now what?

I'm so sorry! Sometimes due to the amount of orders my vendors create every day, the wrong item might be put into the wrong package. Please contact me immediately and send me a photo of what you received and I will have them replace your order promptly.

My order has an issue. How can you fix it?

I'm sorry you have a problem with your order. Please contact me immediately with a description of your issue along with photos and I will work with you to resolve it.  Depending on the issue, a replacement may be sent, or you may receive store credit, a partial or full refund.

What is your return policy?

I do not offer returns or refunds on custom products. All of my products are made to order, which is what makes my shop so unique because each item can be customized on the spot. I am aware of the quality of my items and stand behind them 100%. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your product with photos of the item(s) and packaging so that I may assess any damage and determine the next steps.

I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

I do not offer cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order. I go to work immediately on your order and since most orders are customized, we cannot afford to waste supplies in this way.
